A United States Navy veteran who served aboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73), Ashley brings a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and leadership into every project. His background also includes experience as a home builder, Spanish educator, and working with the Department of Homeland Security — all of which shaped his passion for serving people and solving problems the right way.

Ashley holds a degree in Spanish Language and Culture from Gardner-Webb University, with a minor in Religious Studies. His faith and values play a central role in how he leads the company — with a focus on treating people fairly, communicating clearly, and always doing what’s right.

Born and raised in Boone, Thomas has deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the homes, weather, and roofing challenges that come with living in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

With more than a decade of experience in the roofing industry, Thomas has been helping homeowners and businesses protect and improve their properties since 2012. A longtime resident of Morganton, North Carolina, Don understands the importance of trust, follow-through, and treating people the right way. Claudio Betancourt serves as Crew Foreman for Providence Roofing and plays a key role in maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and consistency the company is known for. With more than 20 years of hands-on roofing experience, Claudio helps lead crews in the field and ensures roofing projects are completed with the care, precision, and attention to detail homeowners expect from Providence Roofing.

From roof installations and repairs to overseeing day-to-day project execution, Claudio is deeply involved in making sure the work is done the right way. Originally from a small town in Mexico, Claudio came to the United States determined to learn the trade and build a better future for his family. Outside of work, Claudio enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, enjoying a good BBQ, being active in his church, and following his favorite sports teams.

A North Carolina native, Mark was born and raised in Mooresville and now lives in Granite Falls with his wife. He is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he earned a degree in Physical Education.

Born and raised in West Jefferson, North Carolina, Tim moved to Statesville at the age of 13 and has called it home ever since. He and his wife have been married for nearly 40 years and are proud parents of two children and grandparents to three grandchildren.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys ATV adventures in the mountains of West Virginia, attending Bible studies, and being an active member of his church community. His faith, work ethic, and commitment to doing right by people are reflected in the way he serves both the Providence Roofing team and the homeowners they work with.
